'''Oregon Route 132''' is a state route that runs between [[Oregon Route 569|OR-569]] and [[Interstate 105|I-105]]/[[Oregon Route 126|OR-126]] within Eugene. It was assigned in 2019 as a result of a jurisdictional transfer between Oregon and Lane County, under which the state assumed maintenance of the freeway portion of the Delta Highway, Lane County #1354.

The Delta Highway was constructed largely as a freeway by Lane County in the early 1960s between [[Interstate 105]] (then under construction) and the Belt Line Highway, another Lane County freeway built around the same time. It was opened to traffic on October 27, 1964, alongside a section of I-105 opened from the new freeway to Coburg Road<ref name="eugenerg_1964-10-28">Tims, Marvin. At some point prior to 1982, its interchange with Goodpasture Island Road was reconstructed.

In 2019, Lane County and the State of Oregon signed Jurisdictional Transfer #832, which turned over the Delta Highway to the state. Part of this agreement designated the highway as '''OR-132'''. The Lane County Administrator signed the agreement June 26, 2019 and state officials signed it the following month, allowing it to be brought before the Oregon Transportation Commission<ref name="jta832">Oregon Department of Transportation.
